REFUND, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

1. Design Services (Project Design) Interior design services are intellectual property products created according to individual custom requirements. The right of withdrawal does not apply once work on the project has commenced or after its delivery (pursuant to Art. 57, item 3 of the Consumer Protection Act).

2. Designer Products (Online Store) For all ready-made products purchased from our online store, the following conditions apply:

  • Right of Return: You have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of the date of receipt, without providing a reason.

  • Return Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, without signs of use, and in its original packaging. The costs for courier services for the return are at the Buyer’s expense.

  • Exceptions: The right of return does not apply to custom-made items (specific dimensions, engraving, or design changes requested by the client).

3. Defective Goods and Claims If you notice a defect or transport damage upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product at our expense or issue a full refund.

4. Procedure for Initiation and Refund To exercise your right of withdrawal or claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiating a Return: Send us an email at hello@studio28a.com with the subject line “Order Return [Order Number]”. In the email, specify the product and (optionally) the reason for the return.

    • Important: If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), please also provide a Bank Account (IBAN) and Account Holder Name in the email, to which we can refund the amount.

  2. Sending the Goods: After receiving confirmation from us, send the product via a courier company to the following address:

    • Note: Return shipping costs are at the Buyer’s expense, except in cases of defective goods.

  3. Refund Process: The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving the returned goods, as follows:

    • For Card Payments: The amount will be refunded automatically and exclusively to the card used for the payment.

    • For Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer: The amount will be refunded to a bank account provided in writing by the Client.
