DELIVERY TERMS (EN)

1. Processing and Delivery Times

  • In-stock Items: Dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Made-to-order Items: Production and delivery times are determined individually (typically between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece).

2. Shipping Carriers and Rates

  • Deliveries are made via Econt or Speedy (within Bulgaria) or international carriers to your door or a courier office.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for bulky items (furniture).

  • Free delivery to a courier office is available for orders over X BGN.

3. Inspection on Delivery All our products are sent with an “Inspection” option. We strongly recommend opening and checking the package in the presence of the courier. Studio 28A is not responsible for damages discovered after the package has been accepted without a claim.

4. International Shipping We ship within the EU upon request. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated individually.
