How is it possible to design my home without visiting it?
Engineering design relies on data, not feelings. My remote work system is refined to detail. Through precise instructions for surveying (which I will provide), I build a ‘digital twin’ of your home. This often yields a more precise picture than a single site visit
What exactly do I receive as a final product?
You don’t just get pictures. You receive a Home Operating Manual. The package includes photorealistic 3D visualizations, but more importantly – detailed technical drawings, zoning plans, electrical layouts, and a shopping list with direct links. This is documentation that any skilled craftsman can execute without questions
Why do you accept only 10 projects a year?
Because I refuse to be a ‘design factory’. I believe quality requires time and depth. To guarantee that every detail has passed my personal control and engineering check, I must limit the volume of work. When I work for you, you get my full attention, not the leftovers
Do you impose a specific style?
I don’t blindly follow fashion trends. I follow Christopher Alexander’s philosophy of ‘Pattern Language’. My goal is to discover your personal rituals and habits and create an environment that supports them. Style is a consequence of function. Your home will look the way you live best
What happens if the contractors have questions during construction?
My online project is so detailed that it drastically minimizes questions. However, I don’t disappear. Depending on the chosen package, we have scheduled communication sessions to clarify technical cases. You enter the renovation prepared, with a clear plan and strategy
