TERMS AND CONDITIONS (EN)

1. Subject These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Studio 28A (Ivan Ivanov) and the Client regarding the provision of online and comprehensive interior design services.

2. Scope of Services

  • Online Design: This is a digital consulting service. It includes providing drawings, concepts, and specifications. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of measurements provided, unless professional on-site surveying is ordered.

  • Comprehensive Design: Includes on-site presence, author’s supervision, and coordination, as per the individual contract.

3. Intellectual Property All conceptual designs, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings created by Studio 28A are subject to copyright. The Client has the right to use them for personal purposes (site execution) but may not resell or use them for commercial purposes without written consent.

4. Liability and Execution

  • The Designer is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect execution by third-party contractors (laborers) who are not part of the Studio 28A team.

  • Technical drawings are for interior execution purposes and do not replace structural or architectural projects requiring municipal approval.

5. Fees and Payment Fees are determined individually after initial analysis. Work commences upon receipt of an advance payment, as per the schedule approved in the offer.
